Made from a parcel of red clay and pebbles, the Clos Beatus Ille cuvée offers immense pleasure. Traditional vinification with 100% destemmed grapes. Blend of 85% Grenache and 15% Cinsault. Aged 6 months in concrete vats to preserve all the freshness of the fruit. The medium ruby color reveals a crisp nose of zesty red fruit, fresh spices and eucalyptus. The slender palate is juicy, giving a taste of longing. The ultra-supple tannins are very appetizing. There's no need to intellectualize this wine, the objective here is immediate pleasure and sharing with friends around a good barbecue.
