The Rotem & Mounir Saouma Côtes-du-Rhône Inopia Rouge 2021 is an exceptional cuvée made primarily from Grenache Noir, complemented by Mourvèdre, Counoise, Syrah, and Cinsault. After cold maceration with whole clusters, the wine is aged for 18 months on lees in French oak foudres, demi-muids, and concrete eggs, giving it unique complexity and depth.​ This wine features a deep red color and captivating aromas of ripe black fruits, sweet spices, and floral notes. On the palate, it offers a silky texture, fine tannins, and a long, harmonious finish.
