The 2019 Chateauneuf du Pape Clos St Patrice is full-bodied and bursting with dark fruit and dark chocolate flavors. Full-bodied, soft and velvety, it's surprisingly approachable, even if its nose isn't very expressive. It's a blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Mourvèdre from a limestone-based monopole vineyard in the heart of the village of Chateauneuf du Pape.
