This exceptional orange wine is crafted from Chardonnay and Savagnin grown on old vines rooted in the grey marl soils of the Jura. Produced through extended skin maceration, it reveals remarkable aromatic intensity and terroir expression. True to Ganevat’s philosophy, the wine is made without fining, filtration or added sulphur, preserving its natural energy and authenticity. Aged for approximately six years in demi-muids, it gains extraordinary depth and complexity.
