Crafted exclusively from Petit Manseng grown on the steep biodynamic slopes of Aubertin in Jurançon, this extraordinary white was deliberately released as Vin de France to preserve complete freedom of expression. Aged for at least five years in specially designed oak foudres, it combines remarkable richness, vibrant acidity and exceptional mineral precision.
