Xavier Vignon Extra Rouge is a unique multi-vintage blend that redefines Rhône winemaking. Each vintage is aged separately before being blended and matured in the Vinarium®, a special process that enhances complexity and structure. The blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Caladoc and Viognier creates a rich aromatic profile. The wine reveals ripe red and black fruits, herbs, spice and subtle aged notes. The palate is dense and harmonious with flavors of cassis and dried blueberry, leading to a slightly saline finish. A modern and age-worthy Rhône wine.
