Pebbly and clay-limestone soils provide minerality and tension, counterbalancing the richness of the blend. Floral aromas, gentle spices and dried fruit notes lead to a rounded yet vibrant palate. This is a serious, expressive white wine, ideal for fine dining and cellar ageing.

Complex aromas of quince, dried apricot, linden blossom, hazelnut and white flowers, followed by a round, generous palate with well-integrated oak, vibrant acidity and a long, elegant, gently spicy finish.
