Why choose this wine:

This wine is the exclusive fruit of the Savoyard Altesse grape variety, grown entirely in clay-limestone soils. Fermentation was carried out using the natural yeasts present in the grapes, then the wine was matured for 2 years in 600-liter barrels. It has not been fined or filtered, and no sulfites (SO2) have been added.
