With its 2023 Cuvée A Tempo Blanc, Domaine du Pégau delivers a white Châteauneuf-du-Pape of remarkable intensity, produced in extremely limited quantities.
The nose reveals superb aromas of ripe stone fruits, crushed rock, bitter almond and lightly minty garrigue.
On the palate, the wine is broad, concentrated and deeply textured, while retaining excellent freshness thanks to beautifully integrated acidity. The finish is impressively long, with a mineral character that brings precision and elegance to the whole.
A distinctive cuvée built for ageing, which will gain even greater complexity after a few years in bottle.
