Xavier Vignon Intra Blanc is a unique non-vintage Châteauneuf-du-Pape crafted from Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Picpoul, Roussanne and other permitted varieties. Sourced from carefully selected vineyards across different soil types and northern exposures, it preserves freshness and balance. Its originality comes from an innovative ageing process in the Vinarium®, where barrels are immersed under pressure for around 24 months without oxygen. This method enhances complexity and texture. The wine reveals aromas of dried fruits, mirabelle, toasted bread and subtle oak. The palate is fresh, structured and precise, with vibrant acidity and a long persistent finish. A distinctive white with strong ageing potential.
