Hand-picked grapes yield aromas of acacia blossom, dried apricot and delicate honey.
Fermentation in demi-muids and ageing on lees polish the texture while preserving freshness.
The palate is broad and creamy, driven by bright citrus tension and saline length.
A tiny-production Châteauneuf-du-Pape white built for both immediate pleasure and long aging.

It's rich, medium to full-bodied, has a killer texture, and fabulous length. It should have 4-5 years of prime drinking, if not longer. This is all Roussanne that spent 9 months in 50% new French oak.
