Le Feu is a cuvée made from the Gringet grape, originally from the Savoie region, grown at an altitude of 450 metres on steep, south-east-facing slopes, on a red clay terroir. This wine is vinified with the purest respect for nature, with no added inputs. After maturing for two and a half years in tuns and amphorae, it is bottled without fining or filtration. A moving tribute to the late Dominique Belluard, which resonates deeply in every sip of this emotional cuvée.
