Domaine Giraud Chateauneuf du Pape Les Gallimardes white 2023

Châteauneuf Du Pape Les Gallimardes Blanc 2023 boasts a light gold hue and a gorgeous nose of crisp pineapple, ripe pear, crushed stone and spice. Medium-bodied on the palate, this fresh, vibrant white improves with time in the glass, offering increasing richness, depth and length. It's beautifully made and well worth cellaring. I don't see the need to age it, but it will undoubtedly evolve for 7 or 8 years, even more if stored properly.
