Anne et Jean-Francois Ganevat J’en veux encore 2022 Magnum

This cuvée has attracted a lot of attention because of its bold label: in some countries, the authorities have even demanded a complete redesign! This composition is a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Gamaret, Pinot Noir and Gamay, sourced from different vineyards across France, acquired on the merchant market from fellow winemakers. Semi-carbonic maceration takes place in truncated-conical vats at a low temperature (around 12/14 degrees Celsius), with spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. In keeping with the domaine's philosophy, the wine is bottled without fining, filtration or addition of SO2. This cuvée is bursting with deliciousness and freshness, keeping you coming back for more!
