Like all of Anne and Jean-François Ganevat's négociant cuvées, "De toute beauté" is a crossbred wine, the result of a fusion between a Gamay native to its homeland and old Jura grape varieties from the estate. The Gamays come from various terroirs, while Jura varieties such as Petit Béclan, Gros Béclan, Geusche, Argant, Peurion, Isabelle or Enfariné are added as a complement. Of course, the vines are cultivated using environmentally-friendly methods, and vinification is carried out naturally by Mr. Ganevat himself, using semi-carbonic maceration at low temperature (12/14°C) in truncated-cone tanks. This "De toute beauté" cuvée is 70% Gamay and 30% forgotten Jura grape varieties. It stands out for its depth, fruity character and remarkable length on the palate.
