The Châteauneuf Du Pape Grand Vin 2020 unquestionably brings more richness and power, with aromas of black cherry and blackberry, as well as nuances of ground pepper, licorice and garrigue. Full-bodied and concentrated, with ripe tannins, this is the quintessential 2020 that can be drunk anytime over the next 15 years. This cuvée is composed of 65% Grenache, 25% Syrah and the rest Mourvèdre. It was partially destemmed and aged in a mixture of vats, 15% of which were new barrels.
