The white is 90% Grenache Gris and 10% Grenache Blanc (69-year-old vines) harvested on November 3, 2021 and aged for 24 months in old barrels.
This wine is crazy! The color is straw yellow with golden highlights. The robe is brilliant and the tears dense. The attack is beautiful and powerful. On the nose, Mediterranean herbs such as fennel, rosemary and bay leaf are combined with mineral notes. On the palate, the wine is dense and smooth. It has a dry, fresh taste, reaffirming its mineral nuances accompanied by a subtle salinity. Ripe white fruit, very lively, with strong acidity, toasty notes and good persistence.
