Rotem & Mounir Saouma Inopia Blanc 2020 is an intensely perfumed wine. The nose offers vibrant citrus aromas and floral, saline touches. The palate is intense and structured, with good balance and pleasant freshness. This is my favorite wine with an unbeatable price/pleasure ratio.
