There's no Cuvée Centenaire in 2021, but Châteauneuf Du Pape 2021 has a pleasant, elegant and satisfying profile. The bouquet is composed of light cherries, strawberries, ground pepper and various floral and garrigue notes. The wine is medium-bodied, with a light, elegant and silky mouthfeel.e. This wine is never a powerhouse, and the 2021 is solidly elegant and pure, with the fresh, medium-bodied style of the vintage. It reminds me of the 2008, to be drunk over the next 7 to 8 years. The 2021 is composed of 68% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre and 12% Syrah. It was destemmed and spent 18 months in concrete vats.
