Châteauneuf Du Pape Cuvée Chaupin 2021 is one of the finest 2021s on the market. Vinified with 40% stalks and mainly Grenache from the northern part of the appellation (it's a blend of Chaupin and La Crau), it has a medium to full-bodied, more structured style, as well as aromas of black raspberry, spring flowers, crushed stone and pepper, somewhat reminiscent of cooler climates.
