JuCha embodies the pure essence of Jura Chardonnay, made from 100% grapes from three separate parcels. After separate fermentation, the musts are carefully blended. The process continues with direct pressing, followed by fermentation and aging in 500-liter oak barrels for 24 months. Like her mentor, Jean-François Ganevat, Maylis Bernard adopts a hands-off approach to winemaking. As a result, our cuvées are bottled without any clarification, filtration or addition of sulfur dioxide. JuCha reveals all the magnificence and authenticity of Jura Chardonnay, in an expression where terroir and the winemaker's know-how come together in harmony.
