The Cornas 2021, the flagship of the range, made from the oldest vines, is clearly exceptional and will also offer great appeal from the outset. Classic notes of wild blue fruit, iron, violets and Clape flowers were present in all samples, and this should be a medium-bodied, balanced Cornas. As with the Renaissance, it shows good ripeness, but certainly brings more tannin and structure.
