The Châteauneuf Du Pape 2022 was impressive. Aromas of ripe red and black fruits, classic Provençal garrigue, leather and spicy notes define the flavours, and this is a well-made, balanced, incredibly classy wine (I actually find a touch of Clos des Papes-like character in this beauty) that has integrated tannins, no hard edges and a gorgeous finish. It will be a candidate for perfection when it reaches maturity and is an exciting wine in the making....Jeb Dunnuck
