Cette cuvée, composée uniquement de Chardonnay, est issue de vieilles vignes plantées sur un terroir argilo-calcaire. Vinification and ageing are characterized by light maceration, followed by 4 years' ageing in foudre and demi-muids, without any intervention. This natural wine has been bottled without fining, filtration or addition of SO2. The soil is ploughed and the vines are protected with natural plant-based preparations.
